At Wiremind, we’ve always been passionate about harnessing the power of technology to revolutionize the cargo industry. We’re excited to announce our ambitious plans to integrate the capabilities of large language models into our CARGOSTACK platform by 2024.
Over the past few months, we’ve been diligently exploring two transformative use cases:
- Redefining Quotation Management: We understand the challenges faced by airline sales teams in managing quotations. To address this, our first use case will automate the process by directly populating key criteria from a forwarder’s written quotation request into CARGOSTACK’s quotation module. This not only advances efficiency but also ensures accuracy.
- Elevating CARGOSTACK’s Rules Engine: Our newly introduced rules engine has the capability to change the way cargo teams manage flights on a larger scale, considering various parameters and conditions. Currently, users have to write a script within the application to define their custom rules. This provides great flexibility, but we want to go even further in making our system more intuitive by letting users simply describe their desired rule in plain text, and our AI will automatically translate it into the relevant script.
