Last Wednesday, Wiremind Data Scientists, Data Engineers and Software Engineers met at OUIGO’s offices to put themselves in the shoes of an RM Analyst.
A shadowing session to learn how OUIGO analysts yield in CAYZN, followed by a Plenary meeting to reflect on the main lessons were on the agenda.
This half-day gave us a better mutual understanding and insight of RM Analyst challenges.
