CAYZN’s First International User Group: A Milestone Gathering of Innovation and Collaboration

In April 2025, Wiremind hosted its inaugural CAYZN International User Group event in Paris, gathering 44 customers from 13 companies. This landmark occasion was more than just a meeting, it was a milestone moment, creating a chance to exchange ideas, innovate together, and look toward the future of CAYZN and the industry.

Event Structure and Highlights

Held on April 3 and 4, 2025, in Metafore and our Wiremind HQ in Paris, the event brought together Revenue Management teams from BlaBlaCar, DSB, Eurostar, Flair Airlines, Itabus, Le Train, Ouigo, SJ, SNCF, TER, Transavia, Trenitalia, and VR. Over two days, attendees participated in diverse sessions, from workshops on how to leverage GenAI in CAYZN to creative sessions to build a new CAYZN module from scratch.

There were an overall 32 sessions conducted comprising 23 workshops, 6 presentations, 3 creative sessions. These sessions covered 22 different themes across 5 theme tracks:

  • Feature Evolution: Users had the chance to follow CAYZN's exciting journey of feature development through a series of hands-on workshops. These sessions highlighted upcoming functionalities, gathered valuable user feedback, and explored the evolution of key features.
  • Innovation: Innovation in CAYZN isn't just about feature development - it's about reimagining what's possible in revenue management and operations. This theme was all about exploring outside-of-the-box ideas that challenge the status quo.
  • Product Development: Dive deep into CAYZN's product development lifecycle and understand the methodologies that drive our innovation process. These sessions contribute to the inner workings of how we transform ideas into reality.
  • AI: This track explores anything AI related in and around CAYZN. All the sessions in this theme showcase how these technologies are reshaping the revenue management industry.
  • UX & Configuration: This track is all about CAYZN configuration and user experience. User input was a crucial part to driving the platform’s interface evolution and customization to become the best in class, ultimately leading to team’s operational efficiency.

Session highlights

  • Exclusive Product Previews: Attendees experienced firsthand the upcoming features in CAYZN, from the brand new Design System to seamless continuous pricing strategies and advanced ancillary modules.
  • Collaborative Workshops: Participants dived deep into practical sessions on optimization strategies, dynamic pricing, and ancillary revenue management. These workshops provided actionable solutions to real-world challenges, reinforcing CAYZN’s leadership in revenue management technology.
  • Shaping the Future Together: Customers actively contributed to the product roadmap, bringing innovative ideas for new dashboards and improved AI-user interactions designed to enhance user engagement and operational impact.

  • User Experience: Customers shared highly positive feedback on CAYZN’s customizable interfaces, ability to zoom in on granular details, and many other intuitive details. CAYZN's goal is to help users at all experience levels make smarter, data-driven decisions - a vision that resonated strongly with customers.
  • AI-Powered Productivity: We conducted multiple workshops focused on AI, including GenAI and how it can be used to enhance productivity. Our rule of thumb at Wiremind is that CAYZN needs to offer real-time assistance, easy data interaction, and smart BRE creation to make complex processes more intuitive and efficient.
  • Advanced Improvements: From continuous pricing models to streamlined ancillary management, CAYZN continues to deliver scalable solutions that pave the way for innovative Revenue Management.

Networking Evening: Connections Beyond the Conference Rooms

Following a day filled with engaging discussions and product deep-dives, the first evening of the CAYZN User Group event shifted gears to a more relaxed setting. Attendees gathered in the centre of Paris with a perfect set up for informal conversations. This networking evening turned out to be the right place to foster stronger relationships between clients, Wiremind team members, and CAYZN product experts.

The CAYZN Challenge: Where Revenue Management Strategy Meets Play

To close out the event on a high note, we had a fun and engaging CAYZN-themed competition on Day 2 at our offices. It was a creative session called "From Concept to Development: Design a CAYZN Module With Us From Scratch," moderated by our CEO and co-founder Colin Girault-Matz.

Attendees were divided into groups, each comprising people from different companies and industries. They had to brainstorm and create a CAYZN module from scratch and then present it at the end of the day. Based on the presentations, one of the teams emerged as the winner of the CAYZN Creative Module award.

The rooms buzzed with energy as teams debated use cases, sketched interfaces, and refined their concepts. It was a showcase of creativity, strategic thinking, and collaboration.

It also offered Wiremind valuable insights into how users envision the future of CAYZN, reinforcing the user group's role as a collaborative platform as much as a learning one.

Behind the scenes, a dedicated team of 36 Wiremind team members across the Product, Tech, Data, Admin, and Revenue Marketing teams worked tirelessly for several months to ensure the event’s success. From planning and logistics to workshop facilitation and hands-on support, their commitment and enthusiasm brought the User Group to life.
