The first six months of 2025 felt less like “business as usual” and more like sprinting through a gateway year. In quick succession we celebrated a decade of Wiremind, welcomed a new CRO, shipped hundreds of product improvements, earned two security certifications and quietly scaled our platforms that now move petabytes of data every single day. Here’s how it all came together - and why the momentum matters for the months ahead.
Talent & Culture: What Powered Our Growth
The first half of 2025 was defined by the people behind our products. Highlights include:
Expanded the team with 13 new permanent hires - including 2 intern‑to‑employee conversions - lifting our total headcount to 130 +
Cut time‑to‑hire by 10 % and time‑to‑offer by 22 % year‑over‑year through a tighter sourcing and interview loop.
Published our Candidate Culture Guide, giving applicants a transparent look at life and work inside Wiremind.
Rolled out a skills-matrix overhaul, job-title framework, and refreshed training policy, giving every Wiremind team member a clear pathway for growth.
Opened our doors to students from Mines Nancy, turning early-career curiosity into future talent pipelines.
The human story in H1 2025 closed on a strategic note with the arrival of Philippe Renon as Chief Revenue Officer. Philippe’s remit is to weave sales, marketing and customer success into a single revenue engine, ensuring growth matches the pace of engineering.
Commercial Lift-Off: What Turned Prospects into Partners
Product-market fit shows up when a market leader flips the switch or a satisfied client signs twice - and both happened repeatedly in H1:
CAYZN went live at Eurostar and Trenitalia, while Transavia Holland joined its French counterpart on the platform. Kick-off projects are also under way with NS (Nederlandse Spoorwegen) - to test new strategies for boosting ridership and balancing peak-off-peak demand, and with DSB, where we’re connecting the solution to the Danish operator’s new inventory system.
CAYZN Tracking signed South Western Railway and TransPennine Trains in the UK.
PAXONE sealed its second public client and launched an OSDM sandbox, lowering the integration barrier for rail partners.
EVENTORI renewed its contract with Paris Saint-Germain, onboarded Angers SCO plus ten additional clubs and organisations, and crossed €8 million in revenue for the 2024-25 season, +70% versus last year - with a sparkling NPS of 86.
In Cargo, we secured one new large airline contract now in implementation, and are preparing to onboard our first CMS customer in early Q4.
More conversations now start with one product and expand into multi-suite deals, confirming that customers see Wiremind not as a point solution but a diversified revenue partner.
Product Highlights: What We Shipped
Engineering effort in H1 went into practical improvements across every product suite. Notable updates:
CAYZN
Causal Forecasting Model & Research Publication
We released a peer‑reviewed study, Training and Evaluating Causal Forecasting Models for Time‑Series by Thomas Crasson, Yacine Nabet, and Mathias Lécuyer, showing how causal time‑series models can generalise far beyond their training data. The findings went straight from paper to product: the new model is now live across CAYZN environments, boosting accuracy on edge‑case periods such as promotions and service disruptions.
Ancillary Products Pricing Management (v1) – operators can now price Wi-Fi, seat upgrades, or baggage independently via UI, CSV, or script, with performance automatically tracked in extractors. This is only the first release; a richer set of controls and analytics is already in the pipeline.
Revamped Design System – a new UI kit built on consistent margins, colors, and spacing - streamlines development and gives users a cleaner, faster interface.
Visibility into Optimisation Runs – admins can see exactly when the AI optimises, adjust its cadence, and simulate price moves before going live.
PAXONE
Access Control & Multi-Entity Management: fine-grained roles across transporters and sales channels.
Roughly 1 100 deployments pushed live each week without downtime.
Data Throughput
13 petabytes of network traffic flow across the platform every day.
Real-Time Intelligence
CAYZN now delivers 15 000 forecasts per minute, providing revenue managers with continuous, machine-generated insight.
Community & Events: What Drove Engagement
Progress thrives on conversation, and our calendar was packed. January’s EVENTORI Community Meetup and May’s Industry Pulse LinkedIn series shared best practices in sports ticketing.
February’s World Aviation Festival Asia in Singapore spotlighted our decade-long partnership with OUIGO and Transavia, while March’s Transport Ticketing Global in London put CAYZN, PAXONE, and CAYZN Tracking on the same stage.
In early April we hosted the inaugural CAYZN International User Group in Paris. 80+ participants from 13 companies tackled 23 workshops and 6 deep dives, feeding a roadmap rich with client-driven ideas.
On the cargo circuit, Air Cargo Europe (Munich) and IATA’s World Cargo Symposium (Dubai) gave airlines their first hands-on look at SkyPallet V2 and the data-science engine behind it.
Looking Ahead: What Comes Next
The scorecard for H1 2025 reads like this: more clients live, more brains on the payroll, more secure foundations, and a faster, smarter product suite. Yet the real story is the flywheel effect: bigger teams build better features; better features attract bigger clients; bigger clients fuel the platform metrics that fund deeper R&D.
With SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022 locked in, a CRO orchestrating revenue, and user groups feeding an ever-growing roadmap, the second half of 2025 is set to shift from “fast” to “faster.” Our goal remains the same: turn transportation, cargo, and live entertainment data into decisions that move the world smarter.
