Why Talents Choose Wiremind: What Our Team Has to Say

Recently, we conducted interviews with our teams to get real feedback about their experience of working at Wiremind. While their answers varied across function, some common threads emerged.

Their responses highlighted what makes Wiremind unique: a shared passion for technology and innovation, a culture that values autonomy and collaboration, opportunities to grow, make an impact, and be heard, and most importantly, a sense of community.

Below, we share the most cited reasons our team members provided about why they enjoy working here.

Because We’re Passionate About Technical Excellence

Our teams take a hands-on, “do it yourself” approach. We build everything in-house, rely on open source tools and bare metal infrastructure that is prepared by our Platform team. This gives us full control over our stack and adds to a culture of ownership and deep technical engagement.

“Wiremind remains fundamentally an engineering company with a very high technical level. The most important thing is the passion and technical expertise that allows you to question the way things are done.”
Cédric de Saint-Martin, VP Platform

We are dedicated to craftsmanship, and as such, code quality is a top priority in every project. We write scalable code that powers reliable, high-performance products over the long term. Each sprint includes time for refactoring and system improvements, and every line of code is reviewed by senior developers at the merge request stage to ensure consistency and excellence.

Our commitment to this approach is reflected in the scale and pace of our work. In 2024, we delivered over 1.3 million lines of code and maintained an average of 1,150 deployments per week, supported by an infrastructure of more than 5,500 CPUs.

Many of our libraries, including open source projects on GitHub, are developed and maintained collectively across teams. Together, they form a shared foundation that supports the development of “made at Wiremind” applications.

Most of our team members have a background in the industries we support, giving us valuable insight into the real-world needs of our clients and helping us design better solutions.

Our development approach is shaped by the passion and ambition of our teams. As Cédric emphasizes,

“We're a passionate team, and we love what we do. I'm happy to come to work because we get to do exciting things all day long and be proud of what we've created. That's what I see in every team at Wiremind.”

Because Every Voice Matters

We believe that the best ideas come from open dialogue and collective contribution. Our management structure is designed to encourage participation, autonomy, and collaboration across all levels. Everyone, from interns to senior leaders, plays an active role in shaping our projects and decisions.

Soukaina El Mennaoui, an OR Engineer, describes how inclusivity is built into the way we work:

“When you interact with Charles, our CTO, he listens to your point of view on the tickets you're working on. There are no barriers or hierarchies. As a woman in a traditionally male-dominated environment, I’ve always felt heard and included.”

Hania Imene Mezaache, Brand Marketing Associate, who joined Wiremind initially as a work-study student, shares a similar experience of being a trusted contributor from day one:

“I was involved in the website redesign project as soon as I arrived, working directly with Colin, our CEO. I’ve always felt that my input matters.”

This spirit of collaboration also adds to the overall quality of our products. René De Chivré, a Software Engineer, explains how broad involvement correlates with a culture of innovation that touches all aspects of development:

“I’m involved in everything: front and back office, and I have an overview of the product. We're often called upon to challenge the spec because that helps the product evolve, and my opinion has always been taken into account.”

Listening to each other and taking a variety of points of view into consideration is central to how we grow, improve, and create innovative solutions together.

Because We Are Motivated by Growth

As Wiremind expands in size and into new areas, our team members continue to grow alongside it as they take on new responsibilities, explore different parts of the business, and gain experience through their evolving roles.

As Soukaina comments :

“The career path at Wiremind is top-notch in terms of salary and career.”

Yasmine Faik, AI Product Owner, started at Wiremind as an Data Analyst intern. She shares how her role has changed over time:

“I joined the company 2 years ago, when I was doing my end-of-study internship. As time has gone by, my mission has changed, and what I do now is different from what I was doing when I arrived. My job has evolved over time and I'm gaining more responsibility and independence in my work.”

Because of our Supportive Workplace Culture

A strong focus support for our team members is embedded in the way our teams operate, in the resources provided to them, and in how they are supported across different roles and locations.

Ultimately, our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels enabled to do their best work.

Marine Le Picard, Senior Software Engineer, describes how structured initiatives and thoughtful planning help shape this environment:

“Wiremind pays attention to the well-being of its employees. This is demonstrated in all the activities they put in place (afterwork, seminars, themed evenings, etc.), the budgets per team for team building, and the budgets for equipment and other resources we need to do our best work.”

We see encouraging personal autonomy as another aspect of caring for our team. Doriane Chrétien, Senior UX/UI Designer, speaks to how these elements are present in her experience:

“At Wiremind, you feel like you're really adding value. The trust Wiremind places in you makes me feel hyper-autonomous. I have tasks and objectives, but I'm free to do my job.”

Because Collaboration Builds More than Just Products

Active collaboration is a core part of how we operate at Wiremind. We build together, share ideas openly, and support one another across roles and teams.

This way of working creates stronger solutions and products, encourages innovation, and increases creativity.

Arthur Prager, Head of Product Marketing & Customer Success, explains how this spirit of collaboration is felt in the day-to day workflows:

“Everyone offers to help in any way they can. Everyone collaborates with everyone else. We’re all building together. We know our strengths, and when we can teach others something, we share it.”

We promote knowledge sharing and collective development through regular company-wide events and activities. A good example of this is our Wiretalk series, held every six weeks, which invites team members to present a topic of their choice to the whole company.

These values also come to life outside of just daily work. Events like our annual Séminaire, monthly after works, and activities like game nights help us connect, especially with colleagues based outside of Paris.

And for Florian Leblais, Head of Product for CAYZN, it is the different personalities and backgrounds of our team members that make Wiremind unique:

“What really keeps me at Wiremind is the colleagues, and the fact that we have a crazy diversity of applicants. I like people's personalities, and I think it's pretty open-minded.”

Alexandre Mogès, Network and Systems Administrator, who has been at Wiremind for over four years, emphasizes that despite our growth, Wiremind’s culture has stayed the same:

“The culture, atmosphere, and working methods have always been geared towards moving forward together. Whether we've grown from 40 to 120 people, the core of what makes Wiremind what it is has remained intact. There's always a strong sense of cohesion. We work together with the human dimension in mind.”

These connections create a foundation of trust, inclusion, and shared purpose that makes working at Wiremind rewarding both professionally and personally.

Passion and Purpose: What Defines Us

Our culture is shaped by two things: building products that solve real-world problems, and creating an environment where people can contribute, grow, and collaborate.

As team members described, what matters most to them varies - whether it's working on complex technical problems, having autonomy in day-to-day decisions, or taking on new responsibilities.

The biggest takeaway from our team members’ feedback? Wiremind is a place where individual ownership and team connection exist side by side, where people solve problems together, grow together, and enjoy spending time together.

This is what defines Wiremind: we are not just a company, we are a community.
